    Read Dead RolePlay Rules:

    Starting Out- You start in the town chosen by the host, starts with $500, a Cattlemen’s Revolver, and the El Senor.

    Eating- Have to eat once a day

    Sleeping- Must sleep 3 RT minutes

    Trust- Break it once you never get it back, dont screw up

    Mexico- Can only go to Mexico with host permission or if the bridges are built

    POV(Point Of View)- You cannot take action in roleplay unless you see it happen(Includes all players especially police)

    Drugs/Alcohol- Tobacco takes away NO fear factor but you are less energetic (you cant sprint for long distances), Marijuana takes away half of the fear factor AND you have to eat 3 times a day, Alcohol takes away half of your fear factor.

    Fear Factor- Fear applies to a RP player when you have a weapon pointed at you and a player is robbing, taking hostages, raiding, stealing, etc towards you. This means you cannot do anything. Being drunk takes away half of your fear factor but you more likely to get a larger ticket or fine! If you are being fear factored by a player you must comply and then report it to the police if your civilian. If you are in a stagecoach or on a truck you can try to get away, but only as a first response. You can't wait until after the gunman makes a demand to flee.

    Player Grabbing-Using weapons you have unlocked BUT havent bought, dont do that.

    Teleporting- Using the teleporter to get from town to town, dont do that.

    Traveling- No teleporting, When you travel around 'Murica, no mexico without presidential premission, try to stay on the roads, no railroads.

    RD-(Random Destruction)-No destruction of 'Murica without roleplay reason including AI's.

    Player Griefers- Complaning about legit RP kills or stuff that happens in RP, If you dont think so talk to an admin in private and let them get to the bottom of it, dont be annoying or you will be kicked.

    NewLifeRule-NLR-If you are killed you forget the last day and dont get your pay if you have a government and/or civilian job, you loose your guns and half of your money.

    Assgunning- Pulling a gun that would not be able to be concealed, Rifles, Shotguns, Snipers. Luckily if u are on a horse or in a stagecoach, you may get out and use those weapons because you pulled it off of your horse or out of the stagecoach. If you are in your house you may pull out your weapon unless you have been put into fear factor mode.

    RandomDeathmatching-(RDMING)-Killing another player without roleplay reason, dont do it.

    Meta Gamining- You cannot communicate with other players except with roleplay interaction, if you heard something when you were in a stagecoach and people were talking in a saloon, it doesnt count, or if somebody accidently goes to all map chat, it doesnt count.

    Powergaming- Forcing another player to do something that has nothing to do with the RP or is extremely unfair, dont do it.

    Robbing/Raiding- If you rob a store, you can demand whatever you want from the store owner, the store owner (if has a gun pointed at him which is recommended) is in fear factor and cant do anything. The store owner loses everything the robber demands and doesnt get it back unless the robber is brought to justice. If you raid a home you get half of there money, no guns, and all the drugs or alcohol that they have, the home owner loses all that stuff unless the raider is brought to justice. NO ROBBING BANKS, IT DOESN’T COUNT!


    Housing- You have to have a house, campsite or land by the second RP day. If you own multiple homes you can rent them out to people for whatever price you choose. If you have a non-enterable home, you cannot store items, money, guns, drugs, ext. there. If you own land, you can only stay there if you have the adventure perk. If you are a store owner, you can live in the store. If you see a home just ask me if you can live there and I will give you a price. Homes:

    Big Homes:
    Ridgewood Farm House- $32000
    McFarlens Ranch Home- $15000
    Marsten's Ranch- $25000
    Tumbleweed Mansion- $17500

    Non-enterable homes in:
    Armadillo- $1500
    Thieves Landing- $2250
    Blackwater- $5000

    Forts/Bases-
    Pacific Union RR Camp- $85000
    Fort Mercer- $100000

    Plots of land-
    Any campsite cost $650
    Hennigan's Stead- $2000
    Pike's Basin- $85000
    Gaptooth Breach Mine and Land- $100000
    Tumbleweed- $90000



    Perks: You can pick two of the perks from this list, you get it no matter if you die, get robbed or anything:

    Hunter- Get a hunting license and can get his own food

    Adventure- Can live in the wild or in plots of land, and can store things in non-enterable homes

    Drunk- gets alcohol at half price, can carry alcohol with them at all times, removes ALL fear factor when drunk, and can make fire bottles

    Hitman- Can be hired to kill people without being in the gang

    Banker- Gets paid 25% more on anything

    Super Shot- Can use Dead Eye

    Genius- Learns classes in 25% of the time

    Personal Blacksmith- Can make your own tomahawks and throwing knifes,

    Trade Master- All items are 15% cheaper (besides housing)

    Marshal’s Friend- Gets 1 “Get-outta-jail-free pass”, tickets/bails are 10% cheaper

    Foreigner- Gets paid 10% less but houses are 10% cheaper, gets paid 15% if he owns a business

    First Class- Pays 10% less for schooling

    Poacher- Is legal to hunt without hunting license but only can hunt for half of the RP food

    Jobs: Any Job with a * next to it means it is required, the numbers after the job means the required amounts of people playing those jobs

    Government Jobs:
    Government decides to wether to build the bridges to Mexico (with or without Head Miner)

    President- 1, switches every RP and has to be Mayor 7 times and Governor 3 times, has to graduate 5 years of college and one year of government college
    Gets paid $6500 a day, controls the US Army, Lives in/owns the Blackwater Hotel, Controls the entire map (Even Mexico) Owns Cochinay, and can have 3 special deputies escort him in travel.

    Governor- 1, switches every RP and has to be Mayor 5 times, has to graduate 3 years of college
    Gets paid $2250 a day, helps with the president, Controls the US (only changes things with president permission), lives in the Ridgewood Farm home with the Mayor, owns the Ridgewood Farm, and can have 1 special deputy escort him in travel.

    Mayor- 1, switches every RP, has to graduate 1 year college
    Gets paid $1850 a day, controls the town of play, can call in the marshal and his police force, lives in the Ridgewood Farm home with the Governor, owns the Ridgewood Farm with the Governor. If there is no judge, the mayor becomes judge

    Marshal and Deputy-** 1 Marshal, 2 to 4 Deputies, Has to have at least 2 Deputies and 1 Marshal
    Marshal gets paid $850 a day Marshal gets elected by townsfolk Marshal starts with Pump action, Springfield, and Schofield, Deputies gets paid $700 a day and starts with a Schofield and Pump Action or Springfield. Patrols the town and the close outskirts of the main town.
    Special Deputy- If chosen, you get a Springfield, Semi Auto Pistol, Semi Auto Shotgun, and Dynamite.
    Crimes:

    Horse-Ramming- $120 fine, if it happens 3x, 1 day in jail
    Shooting People (Even AI's)- Goes to court, if guilty, 2 days in jail and pay for the players doctor's fee, if it happens 2x, banned from the town
    Store Robbing/Raiding- Goes to court, if guilty, all stolen items are returned, 1 day in jail, if it happens 2x to the same store or 4x to any store, banned from the town
    Murder (Even AI’s)- Goes to court, if guilty, goes to jail for 10 days (or if killed 3 people killed in same murder time) put to death, and banned from the town
    Drunk in Public- has to buy a room at the inn/saloon, stays the night
    Stealing Stagecoaches- $550 fine, returns stagecoach to the sheriff’s department, if it happens 3x, goes to court and, if guilty, 2 days in jail.
    Stealing Horses- $350 fine, returns horse to the sheriff’s department, if it happens 3x, goes to court and, if guilty, 2 days in jail.
    Poaching- Goes to court, if guilty, 2 days in jail, if it happens 5x, banned from the town

    Judge- 1, has to graduate 1 year of college and be a judge 2 times
    Gets paid $675 a day plus $250 per court case
    Meets at the hotel lobby in Blackwater, decides the reasonable fate of the criminal.

    Lawyer- 1 to 2, has to graduate 1 year of college
    Gets paid $625 a day plus $200 per court case
    Defends the criminal in court

    Civilian Jobs:
    Gunsmith-1 *
    Gets paid $550 a day plus the guns sold. CANT GIVE GUNS AWAY! Works at the Gunsmith Shop in whatever town we play in. Prices:
    Cattlemens- FREE
    Semi-Auto Pistol- $600
    High Power- $620
    Double Action- $500
    LeMat- $650
    Schofield- $200
    Volcanic- $200
    Buffalo Rifle- $2500
    Evans- $750
    Henry- $850
    Repeater- $550
    Winchester- $650
    Springfield- $850
    Bolt Action- $1250
    Rolling Block- $3000
    Carcano- $4000
    Explosive Rifle- $10000 for gun, $2500 per bullet
    Double-Barrel- $850

    Gets paid $600 plus food and mounts sold. Gets Schofield Revolver, Works at the Gen. Store in whatever town we play in. Prices:
    Food- $100 per day, $1000 for entire RP
    El Senor- FREE
    Lusitan Nag- $350
    Turkmen- $450
    Cleveland Bay- $650
    Hungarian Half-Bred- $900
    American Standardbred- $1200
    NO Buffalos, Bulls, or Zebra Donkies

    Doctor-1 *
    Gets paid $650 a day plus dr.'s fees. Works at the Doctors Office (If the town has it, if not, works in the gen. store and goes to the players house to work on them) in the town we play in. Prices:
    Gunshot Wound- $200 per gunshot
    Stagecoach Wreck- $100 for minor, $250 for medium, $450 for major.

    Tobaco Grower/Seller-1
    Gets paid $750 a day plus the tobacco sold, Gets tobacco license. Grows tobacco for 30 in-game minutes (stand in a spot to "manage" crops), can sell tobacco to gangs for them to sell, can sell it legally to anyone

    Saloon Owner-1 *
    Gets paid $500 a day, Gets a Schofield Revolver, plus the rooms and alcohol sold, Gets alcohol license. Sells alcohol for $5 a drink and $30 a bottle, sells a room (if it has an inn in it, if not, sells thema room in the hotel) for $75 a night.


    Stagecoach Driver- 1
    Gets paid $450 a day plus $75 as trip. Has to drive a 6 person stagecoach, if he wrecks, he pays for EVERYBODIES doctor fees.


    Prostitute- 1
    Prostitute- Makes NO daily profit unless they be getti'n busy. Has to be a female character, can't go out of the close outscerts of town, and if they get killed, they lose EVERYTHING!

    Farmer- 1 to 2* Has to have at least 1
    Gets paid $500 a day plus the food he sells to the gen. store owner. Works in the town we play in, goes to his farm twice a day, sells food to the Gen. Store owner ($150 per day sales amount), can be promoted, Promotions:

    1. Cattle/Horse Owner and Distributer- 5 RP's, gets paid $2000 plus horses sold to gen. store owner. Keeps cattle/horses in pins, sells to the Gen. Store Owner. Prices
    Lusitan Nag- $200
    Turkmen- $350
    Cleveland Bay- $450
    Hungarian Half-Bred- $700
    American Standardbred- $950


    2. Fish Hatchery Owner- 8 RP's, Gets paid $2500 a day plus the sales maid to the hunter. Owns the Fish Hatchery (Close Pond or Section of River) that the promoted Hunter can fish at, Prices:
    1 Day- $500


    3. Distillery Worker/Manufacturer- 10 RP's, Gets paid $2800 a day plus the amount of bottles sold, Gets alcohol license. Sells alcohol to the Saloon Owner for $25 a bottle and to townsfolk for $55

    4. Mass Farmer- 15 RP's, Gets paid $3500 a day, Gets tobacco license. Owns every farm in the 'Murican half of the map, can grow and sell tobacco, and can hire people to work in the farms, the workers get paid $150 a day

    Miner- 1 to 2
    Gets paid $550 a day, works at the Gaptooth Breach Mine for 9 in-game hours, can live in the stations or houses in Gaptooth Breach, can be promoted, Promotions:

    1. Head Miner- 5 RP’s, gets paid $2000 a day and only works 7 in-game hours in the mine

    2. Mine Caption- 8 RP’s, gets paid $2500 a day, works 5 in-game hours in the mine or in the office for 6 in-game hours

    3. Mine Owner- 10 RP’s, gets paid $2800, works 4 in-game hours in the mine or 5 in-game hours in the office

    4. Head Miner- 15 RP’s gets paid $3500 a day plus the sales to the government to build bridges to Mexico, Owns every mine in the game, can hire people to work in the mines, the workers get paid $150 a day.

    Hunter- 1 to 2
    Gets paid $550 a day plus sales to the Gen. Store Owner, Gets hunting license for free, gets Repeater Carbine for free, can be promoted
    Prices:
    Bear Meat- $100 per animal
    Boar Meat- $85 per animal
    Bobcat Meat- $75 per animal
    Cougar Meat- $90 per animal
    Horse Meat- $30 per animal
    Cow Meat- $50 per animal

    Promotions:

    1. Professional Hunter- 5 RP’s gets paid $1750 a day plus 10% more on sales

    2. Super Hunter- 8 RP’s gets paid $2250 a day plus 15% more on sales

    3. Davey Crockett Hunter- 15 RP’s gets paid $3500 a day plus 50% more on sales, owns Manzanita Post and works there, sells the food for same amount as Gen. Store Owner

    Bartender- 1 to 3
    Gets Paid $500 a day plus the amount of drinks sold, works at the saloon in the main town, can get hotel rooms for half off

    Illegal Jobs:
    Gang Leader/Gang Members- ** 1 Gang Leader, 1 to 3 Gang Members, Has to have at least 1 Gang Member and 1 Gang Leader
    Makes NO daily profit unless illegal money, The Gang Leader pays the Gang Members whatever he wants to pay. Live in a close radius to or in the main town, does illegal activity in the town, CAN grow/sell tobabco or marijuana, if there is a cattle owner, can cattle/horses rustle and sell cattle/horses. Gang Members can overthrow the Gang Leader (with host permission) if the Gang Leader is being unfair (like not paying enough). Gang leader/members can be hired to take somebody out OR be hired for protection at there own charge

    Drug Dealer- 1
    Makes NO daily profit unless sells his drugs, he cant sell tobacco, he sells marijuana at whatever price he wants, grows marijuana for 2 in-game hours (stands in a spot to “manage” crops) can sell to the gang and can give to the gang to sell

    US Army- Every male player is put in reserves, if gang over-runs a town, they pick players to be in the army to fight with cops

    New I forgot something...

    Businessing- If you buy a store or an extra home, you can run a business out of it, like horse selling, Gen. Store, stuff like that, no gunsmith though. The Business Owner (unless it is your designated job) makes the prices (dont give your friend a horse for $5 and then a cop the same horse for like $750, make it fair)

    Schooling:
    1 year college takes 3 RP's of 8 in-game hours to complete
    1 year government college takes 3 years of regular college and 6 RP's of 12 in-game hours to complete

    And on Perks, Foreigner- Gets paid 10% less but houses are 10% cheaper, gets paid 15% MORE if he owns a business

    1 year of college gives you 10% more pay, 2 years gives you 15% more, and 3 years gives you 25% more

    1 year of government college gives you 35% more UNLESS you are the president
