by it is bacseicly a campain mode for GTA IV (i got tired of watenig for one) so i need help with the develepement i know of a couple of people than will help but you still have to reply 4 the job
backstory: you were kicked from your old city(vice or san anderas) and you come to liberdy city with the clothes on your back and $500
what you find is a world of gangs drugs and violence then you make a choice (1 hell ya im going to be a part of this) or(2 i came here for a new life thats what im going to do)
depending on your choice you could own the city you have 1 life and when you die a new person will arive first you get a safehouse and food (you buy it)
and if any new laws are made you will be informded ex tax return each citison gets $300. you can buy anything from a landrymat to a oil platform all make different
anouts of money and cost you if you buy a house then another you can rent one out to other people 4 a income gangs controled areas i will highlite
on a map and post with the wanted list who is alive what is unownded/ownded by who and if there renting and 4 how much
the two main gangs are the saints and the deloblos the saints operate out of north holand and the deloblos out of west bohan
they sell drugs and do border patrole its just guard a brige and take toles from the ongohers the patrole member gets a rpg just to stop speding cars for the reson of money and life
people can buy lots and adopt highways to do stuf like races or fight club the ultimate goal is to own all the big stuff
